Code of Ethics
I. This institution being affiliated with the National Private
Schools Association Group does hereby voluntarily subscribe,
without reservation, to this code of Ethics
II. We shall endeavor to maintain dignity of manner in the
presentation of our materials and services, in our personal
appearance and that of our facility and all in other forms
of public contact.
III. We shall observe the highest standards of honesty and
integrity in all transactions, avoiding the use of false, confusing,
inaccurate or misleading terms, descriptions and claims.
IV. We will at all times endeavor to provide professional
quality in our dealings with others, in order that the standards
of the Private Non-Public Schools and those who function in
that environment are maintained in the highest esteem.
V. We will display a friendly spirit of cooperation to our
fellow Associates and Educators and assist them professionally
whenever possible, should they require counsel.
VI. We will first seek good faith mediation prior to initiating
legal proceedings when disputes arise with our fellow Associates
and will at all times avoid the use of unfair, competitive
practices, as determined by any Court of competent jurisdiction.
VII. We will assist our fellow Associates share new knowledge
and techniques with them and encourage them individually and
collectively to achieve and maintain the highest standards
for the Private Schools Educational Industry.
VIII. We recognize the positive spirit of the National Private
Schools Association Group and voluntarily submit to its decisions
in all matters relating to its functions and its interpretation
of this Code.
IX. We shall provide only those related services for which
we are duly qualified to perform.
X. We hereby accept this Code of Ethics with the knowledge
that failure to abide by these standards and violations thereof
may result in actions detrimental to the Private Non-Public
Schools Educational Mission and may lead to the suspension
and/or revocation of my designated Status with the National
Private Schools Association Group.
